How can I manage my anxiety disorder?
Hey everyone. I am done with my college and I have started working in an IT company. I am working as a department manager. I am supposed to take many critical decisions when I am working and I am the man who is supposed to make future plans. But while taking a small decision I worry about number of areas that are out of proportion to the impact of the events. The same happens if I am making any plans. I keep on thinking about a single plan. Always it becomes overthinking and solutions to all possible worst-case outcomes. I think I am suffering from anxiety disorder. My sleep is disturbed, which is resulting in headaches. I am planning to take an appointment for []anxiety disorder therapist from a clinic in Toronto.[] Is there any home remedies that I can try to reduce my anxiety. Is this anxiety can destroy my job?
I think Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is a good option. Many online articles that I read says it is very effective in treating anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc.
