Desk job vs Back pain
I am a desk-based office worker. I have to sit in front of the computer for more than 9 hours a day and I feel stiff and rigid at the end of the day. Probably because we are sitting in the same position the whole day and I am sure bad posture also has a role to play here. I don't know if it is because of this, I get frequent headaches and back pain. People keep asking me to go for physiotherapy but I just never got the time. I have finally decided to get help through physiotherapy services. I definitely need some postural advice.

Can any of you tell me how physio has helped you in your daily life? It would be of great help.
