Cataract at the age of 45
Hi. I am new here and I need to know a few things about cataract procedure. I am experiencing double vision and sensitivity to light. I got my eyes tested and my doctor []suggested the cataract procedure from a clinic in Toronto[]. I am only 45 years old. I have heard that cataract is common in older people. What could be the cause of getting it at this age? If I undergo a surgery now, are there any chances of a relapse? Can anyone suggest some diet which improves eye health?
