Can a Paleolithic diet ease lupus symptoms?
#1
I've been advised by my GP to consider adopting some of the Paleolithic diet principles such as avoiding all processed foods, and eating a diet rich in meat protein, vegetables, and seeds. Foods to consume in very small amounts are fruit, grain, and dairy. I've been making changes gradually for about 4 months now, and I have definitely noticed an improvement in my symptoms.

Has anyone else tried this way of eating to help with lupus?

I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. With many of these autoimmune disorders, eating healthily can be a gateway to a much better living.
