Have you used bone broth for your IBS symptoms?
Bone broth contains lots of easily absorbed minerals and the gelatin in the broth is good for your digestive health.

I started using bone broth a few months ago and I have noticed an improvement in my regularity.

Do you use bone broth? Has it helped you?
I haven't use it for regularity.

In general, though, yes, bone broth can be amazing for you, especially beef or chicken. Making it yourself is best because you can really control the sodium, chemicals, and extra fillers that might throw in otherwise.
