Using GABA to Sleep is Working for me!
#1
I have been using Theanine and GABA to get to bed and so far it has been working really well. I take these tablets 20 minutes before bed and am easily able to fall asleep.

Could you give some more information on what GABA is? I
m interested in trying it. Anything to help me sleep.

It's good to know the GABA supplement is working for you. I'm curious to know if you have suffered any side effects. How long have you been taking the medication and how much do you take? I used 1 gram of GABA in the past and it didn't improve my sleep.

Hey great I am glad to hear that! Do you have any side effects from it?

GABA is naturally produced in the brain. It promotes a feeling of "well-being" and relaxation. Xanax works the same way, by giving you more GABA, and then you feel relaxed and at ease. Drinking green tea is also a good way to produce more GABA in the brain. But in my experience, Xanax works the best. (Even though it
s a fake/temporary solution.) I
m still working on the green tea method. Hopefully I will notice some results soon! :)

Hey everyone. I don't have any side effects. I take Dr. Murray's GABA. You can find more information here;
