raising head to sleep

hello, i am looking for info about sleeping with a foam wedge. my sister in law suggested it to help sleeping with my refux. i don't sleep well on my back so i don't want to waste time trying if it doesn't work. does it?

The foam wedges are definitely helpful in my opinion. If you have a hiatal hernia, they are almost essential. They just help to get gravity to hold the stomach juices in place. They are not that expensive in any case so I would recommend trying one.

Unless you sleep on your stomach, the wedge is useful for reducing symptoms. I sleep on my side on the pillow and it still works well. I am comfortable and mostly have no problems sleeping at night. I hope this helps and you can get some sleep.
