I suffer from seasonal depression, and I tried the "very bright light" for 30 minutes a day.

I quickly realized that I don't have 30 extra minutes to sit in front of a light every day :)

I went to my doctor and was prescribed an anti-depressant, and that has worked very well for me.

Anyone else here who is suffering with SAD? What has/has not worked for you?

Thank you for sharing this. Exercise has always helped me work on my depression. When I go on runs I just seem to think better and more positive. It's like I'm sweating out all the bad things.
