Planning for hip replacement surgery

I'm in a relationship now. I'm in love with a boy who is in my college named Adam. He is my junior and I'm madly in love with him. I loved his behaviour because he is so caring and I liked his approach to girls. She is so helpful and not at all selfish like others. Last week I thought of giving him a surprise after a late night party. There was a super senior in my college who loved me so much. He hates when I walked with Adam he used to stare us each time. Last time after the party I took him to a secret place and I thought of giving him a surprise. Suddenly that senior guy was behind us and started hitting my bf. I tried t stop their fight but that guy pushed me and I fell down. There is a terrible hip pain. I guess I'm troubled with osteoarthritis. Can someone share what can be done for osteoarthritis? Is hip replacement surgery ( http://www.physionow.ca/areas-of-injuries/hip-pain-treatment )the best for osteoarthritis? Kindly share your views.
