Birth doulas
<div style=""> As I have mentioned in my other post that my younger sister is 10 weeks carrying, who is going to be a first-time mom. Now itself she is quite tensed thinking about the delivery. As she is the younger most member of our family, all of us have pampered her a lot. I really wonder how she is going to bear the delivery pain. There must be someone to look after her after the delivery. I would like to get your opinion on how effective are postnatal doula services. I hope postnatal doulas can help my sister. For how long will a postpartum doula spend with a family?
