Panic attacks

I have just recently started having panic attacks. They just seem to come out of nowhere and hit at random times. I have even had them laying in bed at night. How do you cope with them? What do you do to get yourself through them? I find it very frightening.

RE: Panic attacks

Had a major panic attack last night just before I went to bed. It really rattled me so I didn't sleep at all last night. Today I am feeling incredibly sad. I just feel to stay in bed and cry but my partner would never allow that. He doesn't get this depression thing. It is taking a toll on our relationship. Sometimes I just want to be left allow. Tomorrow will be a better day.

RE: Panic attacks

My husband had to call 911 last night because I was having severe pains in my chest after another attrack. When the paramedics did my vitals my blood pressure was 197/115. They stayed with me until I was calm. They offered to take me to the hospital but I felt fine in a few minutes. It was very scary though. It was one of the worst ones I have ever experienced .
