Natural remedies for migraines

I get a migraine maybe once or twice a month. To help get rid of my migraines, I have taken Alleve Migraine or Tylenol Migraine. However, one of my good friends suggested smelling the essential oil, eucalyptus. The first time I tried it, it worked. Plus, it helped to clear my sinuses.

Does anyone else use any all-natural products? I don't care if they are herbs or essential oils, just as long as they work.

Certain foods can cause migraines, while others can prevent or even treat them. Well I have to pass on this information and hopefully provide some relief for my niece who is always complaining for migraines. In her case it feels like nothing seems to work with the conventional approach and medication.

I am always interested in natural remedies for anything. I can't say I have seen this before. Hopefully, this will work.

Sadly I don't have anything positive to report so far as the method/products have not been put to use as yet from all reports. I revisited to subject to recommended the things mentioned to yet another person. Maybe I will have something favourable to report when next I am here.

Hello, I'm so sorry to hear about your niece's migraines. I'm Grace Bersosa and I live in the great state of Texas. I'm also interested in living a healthy lifestyle with natural products. I'm dedicating myself to what I love to do and that is helping people both physically and financially, as well as spiritually. I love to be of service to others, after all that is what we are called to do by Jesus, right? Treat others as you want them to treat you. So, I've joined a company where I can do exactly that... help people feel better, look better, and live better.Let me share with you my friend's experience. He had frequent migraines. He began drinking Limu Original juice. It is seaweed in a bottle. it has over 70 vitamins, minerals, and the super nutrient of Fucoidan. There are over 1000 third-party, independent, and unsolicited research studies in pubmed.gov. Please go to that website and type in Fucoidan and you will see studies associated with migraines. I'm a brand ambassador for the Limu products: Limu Original juice, Limu Lean for optimal fitness, workout recovery, and weight management, and lastly Blufrog and Blufrog2 energy drink with naturally power-packed herbs, minerals and added B vitamins. It will keep you sharp and focused without the crash of other energy drinks. I have testimonies of friends that I can get to you, if you would like to hear them. When looking on pubmed.gov you will also see how many other ailments Fucoidan helps. May I be of service to you? Please contact me on this forum

RE: Natural remedies for migraines

I'm sorry you are experiencing migraines. I too have issues with them a few times a month. These past few days though I have been dealing with one that will go away for a few hours and then return. I am looking for a more natural way of dealing with them, as I know that all these over-the-counter pain relieves aren't good for my health. For me though, I know that mine stem from long standing sinus issues that I have. I decided to start flushing my sinuses which has helped a lot. My husband has started this process too and it has helped his migranes to go away completely. Maybe that is an avenue you could try. Good luck.

I've heard about adding the intake of omega 3's can help. Krill oil is supposed to be one of the richest in that fatty acid.
