Jock Itch Treated With Ring Worm Medication

Jock itch while it is embarrassing to have, can be treated fairly easily if you are using the proper medication. I know when I had mine which I do not know where I even caught it used the extra strength lotromin to get rid of it. Let me know what kind of other remedies you have found to work on this.

I researched this for a male friend and found out a lot of people use Listerine on it. It needs to be the original, brownish one. Put some on a cotton ball and swab the affected area twice a day. Keep the area as dry as possible throughout the day with powder. It cleared up my friend's problem quickly.

I've heard tea tree oil will get rid of it. You're supposed to rub it on twice a day with a cotton ball. And yes, keep it as dry as possible, jock itch loves a moist environment.

I read up on it and there are several treatments for it. some have already been mentioned here, tea tree oil, and listerine. You can also use a bleach and water mixture, by soaking the infected area for 15 minutes. Also Apple Cider Vinegar and white vinegar can be used as well.
