Trying Omega-3 Fish Oil for High-Cholestrol Reduction

I was told by someone who had used Omega-3 Fish Oil, to reduce her cholestrol, and has had tremendous results, to try it. I am now using it and hopefully I will have the same resuts as she did. Have you tried Omega-3?

I've also heard about this. The goal is to try and add A LOT more fish to your diet. I was lacking in this, because I don't really care for fish. But it really does make a difference. It also helps you think better, and aids in depression/anxiety/insomnia. My thoughts tend to get mixed up from time to time, leading me to believe I have this disease or that disease (hypochondria), and I've noticed that the Omega-3 Fish Oil keeps my thinking more normal/balanced.

Consuming plenty of omega-3 is critically important to our health. The standard American diet contains excessive amounts of omega-6 and this causes systemic inflammation. You should aim for an omega-3/omega-6 ratio of 1:1. The ratio for most people is 1:20 plus!

I enjoy a lot of fish, especially tuna and salmon, but I don't take omega 3 fish oil caps. I think I shall start incorporating them into my diet and hopefully this will help. Actually, I should say that I'm very sure it will help.
