RE: most helping pain killer with OA

elouisaM, hugs to you as you deal with this. For me personally, after years of taking both over the counter and prescriptions NSAIDs, I am trying to avoid them since reading research regarding their links to gastrointestinal and cardiovascular side effects, among other issues (including addication). I now take a herbal blend of Scutelleria baicalensis and Acacia Catechu called Cararthron. It's marketed as Arth Relief (??) in the USA. It has been fully clinically trialled, unlike many herbal or alternative treatments, with excellent results. My husband is also taking it now and has had really positive results. My knee and other joints are feeling the best they have in 13 years of living with OA pain. I sincerely hope you find something to give you some relief that doesn't compromise all the hard work you have put in going through rehab. Best of luck. Smile
