As the second most common fear associated with aging, loss of memory is a serious health issue. However, we often concentrate on the memory loss itself instead of the different underlying health conditions that can cause it. By instead being aware of these conditions and working to resolve them, we have a far better chance of retaining of sharp mind as we age.
